At KylinAustralia, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and jewelry are eligible for exchange only if the protective seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any Australia Post location or authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
